Terms:

These terms of subscription applies to all the users of the Platform who wish to avail subscription:

1. Purchase and refund: Once a subscription plan is purchased, no refund would be provided for any reason.
2. Renewals: By purchasing a subscription you agree to an initial and recurring fee at the then - current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
3. Upgrade: You may upgrade your existing subscription to a higher plan by paying the difference amount on pro-rata basis. You can do this at any time by going to your Profile and Subscription. E.g. If you are on a plan for Rs. 29/month and upgrade to higher plan at Rs. 99/month after 15 days of your purchase/renewal, the upgrade amount would be Rs. 49.5 (50% of Rs. 99), in which Rs. 14.5 (50% of Rs. 29) from lower plan would be used to make the final amount as Rs. 35 (Rs. 49.5 - Rs. 14.5)" This amount calculation is managed through respective app stores.
4. Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. You may cancel your recurring subscription(s) at any time by going to your Profile and cancelling your subscription before the respective renewal date to avoid billing of the next period subscription fee to the Payment Detail you have provided.
5. Refunds: Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-term subscription period. In case of any Refunds approved by the ARENO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
6. Transfer: You may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sub-license subscription plan to any 3rd party including your family members.
7. Free Plan: There is an option to use the app free of cost forever with limited features such as seeing the ads, lower daily pts and lower referrals.

Pricing & Plans

1. Active Core Plan
   This plan can be purchased at a nominal cost of INR 29 Per month inclusive of all taxes. This will include some very basic features of the application and will also allow user to go ads free.
2. Body Boost Plan
   This is the highest premium plan available at a nominal value of INR 99 per month inclusive of all taxes. This plan includes all the paid features of the application and higher daily points rewards.

1. How can I remove ads from the app?
   You can remove ads by purchasing a subscription plan by visiting your profile or clicking on "Remove Ads" on any banner ad shown.
2. Do I need to take a subscription plan to earn from Areno?
   No, it's not compulsory to take a subscription plan to earn from Areno. But you can earn much more through paid plans on Areno.
3. Why should I take a subscription plan?
   Through Areno's very economical subscription plans, you get a host of benefits. To see the comparison, visit the "Subscription" section under your profile on the app.
4. How can I purchase a subscription plan?
   You can do so by purchasing the desired subscription through "Subscription" section under your profile on the app. Your subscription is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store.
5. How can I renew my subscription plan?
   As your Areno subscription is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store, it will auto renew by itself and your mentioned method of payment would be charged.
6. How can I cancel my subscription plan?
   As your Areno subscription is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store, you can cancel it directly there or going through the "Subscription" section under your profile on Areno app.
