We at Areno Innovations Private Limited ('We', 'Us', 'Our') have built the Areno app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Areno unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, name, mobile, age, photo, location. We may upload only the data collected using our app to our servers, which will be used only for the express purpose of improving our service and your experience. The data will be transferred over encrypted and secure communication channels.Such information is stored securely on Amazon Web Services or “AWS” cloud servers, thereby also subject to the terms of the AWS privacy policy. The data collected by us will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
In additional to above we may also like to clarify the following:
1. We do not capture or store any video of the workouts being performed on our servers. The workout data shown is 100% real time and no part
of workout is saved or stored by us anywhere on your platform. We guarantee and respect 100% privacy of our users.
2. Any profile images of users stored by Areno is based upon user’s choice.
It’s completely optional for user to upload his profile images, subject to Terms and conditions.
What data we may collect?
The below data collected may vary if you are a free or paid user and also the subscription plan taken up as a paid user.
1. Your year of birth, gender, phone number
2. Profile picture (optional)
3. Your height, weight
4. Your lifestyle, medical conditions (if any), health goals or other fitness regimes
5. Username or display name
6. How you behave on the app, (what screens you land on, how much time you spend, etc.)
7. Your IP Address and estimated location based on IP address
8. How you behave in the relevant product environment and use the features
9. What device you use to access the App and its details (model, operating system, etc.)
10. Cookies and beacon data
11. Limited health data through the integration with Google Health Connect or Apple HealthKit, including your number of steps taken, calories etc
How and why we use it?
1. We collect this data in order to help you register for and facilitate provision of our Services.
2. We use this data to track your activity and fitness regimes.
3. We use the data from the device you access our App to identify the login information of multiple users from the same device.
4. We use this data to prepare a specific training regime for you.
5. We use this data to manage the status and dates of your subscription.
6. We use this data for processing your requests, enquiries and complaints, customer services and related activities.
7. We use this data to communicate about existing or new offers, content, advertisements, surveys, key policies or other administrative information.
8. We also use this data to provide you with informative features and services that are developed by us from time to time.
9. We also use this data for providing, testing, improving, or recommending the Services.
10. We also use this data for analytics and reviews to improve the Services.
11. We use your health data collected through the integration with Google Health Connect or Apple HealthKit to provide personalized insights and recommendations to help you improve your well-being and access relevant health-related offerings through our App.
Audit Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Audit Data. This Audit Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Integration with Google (limited use policy)
We have integrated the App with services provided by Google to: provide insights and analysis of your health. To this end, please note that any collection, storage, use and/or transfer of your data that is received from Google Health Connect will, at all times, adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the limited use requirements prescribed therein.

We have integrated the App with services provided by Apple to: provide insights and analysis of your health. To this end, please note that any collection, storage, use and/or transfer of your data that is received from Apple HealthKit will, at all times, adhere to the HealthKit Permissions Policy, including the limited use requirements prescribed therein.

To ensure the protection of steps data collected through Health Connect, we have implemented robust data protection mechanisms, including encryption, to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure of your information. All the Data in Areno platform is encrypted in Rest as well as in Transit using inbuilt AES-256 encryption standards. Users privacy and security are paramount to us, and we continuously monitor and update our systems to maintain the highest standards of data protection.

Data Management
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and we respect user decision to manage your data on the app. You can choose to delete the data on app by selecting "Delete my Account" feature from the menu options in the mobile app or through the website https://www.areno.in/account_delete. You can also write to us at info@areno.in and we will help with any data management requests. Additionally, you can also stop sending health data to Areno app by removing data access from the Google or Apple Health app services without deleting your account.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Health Data
If user choose to sync the steps and calories information then we collect the information using the health apps within your device. Areno which is a Health and Fitness app, rewards users with daily points for chieveing the steps and calories burned targets. Users will be able to enable multiple features in the app once they choose to connect to the respective health apps. The app will sync the daily steps and calories once the user login to the application.
Limited Use: We limit your use of Health Connect data to enable the steps and calories tracking feature within the app. This data is not shared with any third party for any purpose whatsoever. The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@areno.in so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
